Essential Job Functions:

Qualifications:

Project management professional - ideally with prior experience in Accessibility & Disability Inclusion - to ensure business continuity for a series of global projects, including, but not limited to accessibility solutions programs (Retain, Microlink, Neurodiversity Job coaching), Global disability enablement and employee retention programs.

This role will enable us to continue delivering these programs and re-allocate work effectively across the team following the increased workload for the team linked to regulatory compliance due to country expansion.

Specifically, the role wll cover 2 main areas:

Disabilty Inclusion India

Develop and execute disability inclusion initiatives to increase representation and strengthen Salesforce’s position as an employer of choice for people with disabilities in India.

Support disability hiring, onboarding, and talent development programs, including partnerships with external organizations and talent pipelines.

Partner with Recruitment and business leaders to equip hiring managers with best practices for attracting and supporting talent with disabilities.

Monitor relevant disability legislation and inclusion trends in India and support compliance-related initiatives.

Global programs

Accessibility Solutions Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations of accessibility solutions (Microlink, Retain, Neurodiversity Job Coaching), including vendor coordination, intake management via Peopleforce, and KPI tracking (SLA, approvals, invoicing).

Programs Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
Define and track program-level metrics, including NPS across all initiatives; identify trends and risks, and ensure corrective and redress plans are implemented where outcomes fall below expectations.

Program & Project Management:
Plan, manage, and deliver multiple global accessibility and disability inclusion initiatives, ensuring timely execution and clear ownership across work streams.

Workflow Optimisation & Automation:
Design and maintain efficient team workflows using Slack workflows, automation, and AI-supported tools to streamline intake, approvals, communications, and reporting.

Knowledge & Content Management:
Own the structure, governance, and ongoing updates of Disabilities@Work content across Confluence and Basecamp, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easy to navigate.

Tracking, Reporting & Insights:
Monitor program performance through dashboards and metrics; deliver concise, leadership-ready reporting and insights.

Enablement Support:
Support the scoping, coordination, and tracking of disability inclusion enablement initiatives using internal platforms (Trailhead, ACT, EPOCH, Synthesia).

Vendor & Procurement Support:
Coordinate procurement-related activities, including vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and invoicing tracking and monitoring to ensure full and timely utilisation of allocated budgets.
