About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager who can own end-to-end client outcomes across design, AI, and product engineering engagements.

This role goes beyond project management — you will operate as a client-facing delivery leader responsible for structuring ambiguous problems, driving execution, managing trade-offs, and ensuring measurable business impact.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to ensure that engagements are not only delivered on time, but also deliver real value and create opportunities for long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Outcome Ownership
Own the success of client engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with business goals, not just project completion.
Translate ambiguous or evolving problem statements into clear execution plans, aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, and success criteria.
Continuously evaluate whether the engagement is delivering meaningful value and course-correct when required.
Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (VPs, Directors, business heads), guiding decisions and managing expectations throughout the engagement.
Lead discussions on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery feasibility with clarity and confidence.
Build long-term relationships by consistently demonstrating value, reliability, and strategic thinking.
Delivery Leadership Across Cross-Functional Teams
Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and AI/data to ensure aligned and efficient execution.
Bridge the gap between business intent and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are both impactful and feasible.
Enable teams to operate effectively by removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and maintaining focus on outcomes.

Scope, Planning & Commercial Ownership
Define and manage scope proactively, ensuring alignment between client expectations, delivery capacity, and commercial agreements.
Identify and manage scope creep, change requests, and trade-offs while protecting timelines, quality, and margins.
Support account growth by identifying opportunities for expansion based on delivered value and evolving client needs.
Execution Rigor & Delivery Excellence
Establish clear delivery plans, milestones, and governance mechanisms tailored to the engagement.
Monitor delivery health across timelines, dependencies, quality, and team performance, taking corrective action when needed.
Ensure high-quality outputs across design, engineering, and AI deliverables, aligned with enterprise-grade standards.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
Proactively identify risks across scope, stakeholders, dependencies, and execution, and drive mitigation strategies early.
Act as the escalation point for complex delivery challenges and resolve issues with speed and clarity
Adoption, Rollout & Change Enablement
Ensure solutions are not only delivered but successfully adopted by client teams.
Work with stakeholders to plan rollouts, manage change, and drive user adoption across the organization.
Continuous Improvement & Delivery Maturity
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, team productivity, and engagement outcomes.
Contribute to evolving Divami’s delivery practices, frameworks, and standards based on real project learnings.

Experience & Background
10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in delivery leadership roles within IT services, digital consulting, or product engineering environments.
Proven experience managing mid-market or enterprise client engagements, ideally involving design, product, engineering, or AI/data initiatives.
