₹ Compensation:  Up to  ₹60 LPA , (based on experience and current CTC).

B.Tech + MBA (Mandatory) professionals who are passionate about  Global Capability Centres (GCCs)  and driving large-scale business transformation.

Role Overview

As the General Manager – Operations (GCC Advisory & Consulting Lead), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic advisory and consulting engagements for Global Capability Centers. This high-impact leadership position is responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence that align with HCLTech’s vision of empowering global enterprises through digital innovation and collaborative partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead GCC advisory, setup, and transformation engagements
Define operating models, governance frameworks, and execution roadmaps
Drive end-to-end solution delivery and transition management
Partner with client leadership to ensure value realization
Lead business development, proposals, and consulting pursuits
Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams
Manage risks, escalations, and ensure seamless delivery
Lead and manage strategic advisory, assessment, and consulting engagements focused on GCC setup, transformation, and operational optimization.
Define and implement operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps tailored to client needs.
Oversee end-to-end solution development, delivery governance, and transition planning to ensure seamless program execution.
Collaborate closely with client leadership to establish and track performance metrics, ensuring tangible value realization and continuous improvement.
Integrate and align solutions across technology, digital platforms, and shared services domains to drive holistic business outcomes.
Spearhead business development initiatives, including pursuits, proposals, and client advisory sessions, to expand HCLTech’s footprint in GCC consulting.
Build, mentor, and guide high-performing consulting and delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues (including escalations) to ensure successful delivery of programs and client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience

14–22 years in GCC strategy, consulting, or transformation
Deep expertise in GCC operating models & governance frameworks
Experience across IT, Digital, Shared Services, or Engineering GCCs
Strong stakeholder management & executive communication skills
Certifications like PMP, TOGAF (preferred)

Other Requirements (Optional)

Experience with global clients and multi-location delivery models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management abilities.
Exposure to emerging digital technologies and innovation frameworks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
