About Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Senior Engineer / Architect to lead the design, support, and optimization of our on-premises Dynamics CRM environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining system stability, driving upgrades and migrations, and delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:
Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on premises) environment
Handle day-to-day support operations, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning
Plan and execute server upgrades, security patches, and system maintenance
Monitor system health, availability, and reliability
Architect and design scalable CRM solutions
Provide technical guidance to development and support teams
Ensure adherence to best practices in CRM implementation and maintenance
Customize Dynamics CRM using:
Plugins, workflows, and custom workflows, JavaScript, .NET, and CRM SDK
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
Lead or support CRM upgrades and migration initiatives (on-prem to newer versions or cloud, if applicable)
Conduct impact analysis and risk mitigation for upgrades
Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during transitions
Implement and maintain CRM security models (roles, permissions, access control)
Ensure compliance with organizational and data security standards

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with   Dynamics CRM 2016  (on premises)
Proven experience in   support operations   :
Server upgrades, Security patching, Bug fixing and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of CRM architecture and infrastructure
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in Dynamics CRM support, customization, and migration projects

Experience with Dev Ops practices and release management
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM / D365
