Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for enterprise AV systems.
Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Video Conferencing solutions.
Troubleshoot audio, video, camera, microphone, display, and connectivity issues.
Ensure meeting rooms are operational before scheduled meetings.
Provide real-time executive meeting support.
Perform preventive maintenance of AV equipment.
Monitor AV system health and uptime.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for warranty and technical support.
Maintain AV assets, inventory, and documentation.
Manage incidents through ticketing systems and meet SLA requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.
