We are looking for an experienced  Senior Cybersecurity Advisor / Fractional CISO  for an immediate freelance engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic cybersecurity advisory and leadership.
Develop and implement cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Lead information security, privacy, and AI governance initiatives.
Conduct security assessments, risk management, and compliance reviews.
Advise senior stakeholders on cybersecurity strategy and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ to 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
Experience as a  CISO, Deputy CISO, Security Architect, Cybersecurity Consultant, or Information Security Manager .
Strong knowledge of  NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, GDPR , and other security frameworks.
Mandatory experience supporting Federal Government Cybersecurity Audits.

Experience with  FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, CMMC , or other Federal Government security standards is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in preparing audit compliant documents, SOPs and evidences to comply and pass IT Security Audits related to ISO standard 27001 and Federal Government Cyber Security IT Audit.
