About Us
We are a group of young and enthusiastic engineers and domain experts providing turnkey solutions to challenging requirements in Signal Processing. We work on leading technologies in Signal Processing, solving problems in Defence and Aerospace fields. Our solutions range from tactical radios to radars, and from research to mission-critical applications.

About the Role
As Project Manager – SDR, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of Software-Defined Radio programmes — from initial concept through design, development, integration, and field deployment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning RF and firmware engineering, systems integration, quality assurance, procurement, and commercial stakeholders to deliver complex SDR solutions on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Define and own the full project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for SDR product programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals from concept through market release.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering milestones, dependency maps, critical-path analysis, and risk registers using appropriate PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives — while applying waterfall governance for hardware and qualification phases as appropriate.
Serve as the primary interface for all project communication across RF engineering, firmware, systems, QA, procurement, sales, and executive leadership; facilitate alignment and resolve cross-team dependencies.
Track progress against schedule, cost, and quality baselines; identify variances, drive corrective actions, and report KPIs and executive dashboards to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
Proactively identify technical, schedule, and commercial risks; develop and execute mitigation plans, and ensure all deliverables meet regulatory, safety, and export-control (ITAR/EAR) requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to establish quality gates, acceptance criteria, and test readiness reviews across all stages of the SDR product lifecycle.
Prepare and present CDR/PDR/SRS documentation and programme status to internal and external stakeholders; maintain programme management plans, earned value reports, and stage-gate records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, technology vendors, and sub-contractors; manage change-request processes to control scope creep and budget utilisation.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation — schedules, risk registers, change logs, ICDs, and lessons-learned repositories — and champion continuous-improvement initiatives across the SDR Products division.

Qualifications Required
B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a closely related field.
5+ years of project management experience in a technology product or defence/aerospace environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of SDR platforms, RF hardware/software systems, or related electronics/communications products.
Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Zoho Projects.
Strong command of both Agile/Scrum and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
Should have experience working with cross functional teams and should have handled product certification.

Preferred
M.Tech / M.E. or MBA in a technical or business discipline.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Familiarity with GNU Radio, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or other signal-processing development environments.
Exposure to ITAR / EAR export-control regulations governing RF and communications technology.
Experience managing hardware NPI (New Product Introduction) or System Integration & Test (SIT) programmes.
Background in defence, aerospace, or public safety sectors is a strong advantage.

Employee Status and Commitments
Permanent full-time role based at our Hyderabad office, with occasional onsite customer visits.
Overtime may be required to meet project delivery milestones.
Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary during critical programme phases.
