Implementation Project Manager

As we continue to expand our Zoyer Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to drive successful customer implementations and ensure seamless onboarding of enterprise clients.
Job Overview
The Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering successful implementations of Zaggle's Zoyer P2P solution. This techno-functional role combines project management with implementation consulting, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded from project kickoff through go-live and transition to the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute implementation projects in line with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
Understand customer business processes, perform requirement gathering and gap analysis, and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
Configure and implement Zaggle's Zoyer P2P solution based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to deliver configurations, integrations, and product enhancements.
Conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, user training sessions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Track project progress, proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and communicate regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion of project documentation, customer signoffs, and successful golive.
Deliver a smooth handover to the Customer Success team after implementation.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and contribute to implementation best practices, documentation, and process improvements.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in implementing SaaS or enterprise software applications.
Experience in project management and customer-facing implementation or consulting roles.
Exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P), ERP, Procurement, Expense Management, Finance, or Fin Tech solutions will be preferred.
Good understanding of accounting and finance processes.
Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
Job-Specific Requirements
Detail understanding on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay module with very good understanding on Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Utilities Bill Payment and Integration with AP/ERP System
Good understanding of software implementation methodologies and project management practices.
Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across customers and internal teams.
Ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and handle project risks effectively.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required (approximately 30–50%).
