Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Delivery Manager to oversee the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S4 HANA solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP S4 HANA solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including project leads, deployment teams, and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for SAP S4 HANA rollout projects.
Ensure compliance with Project Delivery Manager methodologies and best practices.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Identify potential project risks and communicate them to stakeholders to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues, escalating them to the Project Lead as necessary.
Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business requirements.
Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and performance.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and action items.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP rollout practices.
Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing among team members.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP project management, implementation, or rollout.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., FI, CO, PISA, CPH, MDM).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (like. Solman, Flow right, Azure) is a plus.
