Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.
Lead and mentor an offshore BI team, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution.
Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting.
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports.
Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines.
Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates.
Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization
Solid experience in data analytics and business intelligence concepts
Ability to manage end-to-end BI projects and deliver actionable insights
Experience in data validation, governance, and quality assurance
Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
