Job Description:
The Change Management & CMDB Analyst (L2) is responsible for managing and governing IT Change Management processes and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
The role ensures all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and documented in accordance with ITIL best practices while maintaining reliable configuration item (CI) relationships and asset data
