Head of Unit - PAM and IAM Onboarding (f/m/d):
Your area of work:
As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for management of the connector developments to our IAM Solution SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and PAM Solution Cyber Ark. PAM and IAM Onboarding team ensure seamless and compliant integration of identity and access capabilities across the organization. In the PAM space, you ensure that essential connectors are implemented and enforce stringent account control standards.
Within IAM, the team deliver the capabilities that enable applications and infrastructure to connect to the central IAM platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient identity management aligned with regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities:
Manage the development Develop and configure SailPoint Identity IQ connector for applications and infrastructure onboarding.
Manage the development, testing and configuration of Cyber Ark PAS PSM and CPM connectors for various technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve connector-related issues IAM and PAM through debugging and bug fixing.
Validate connector functionality for accuracy, performance and policy compliance.
Process and manage change request tickets related connector issues and updates.
Identify integration inconsistencies and provide technical solutions or recommendations.
Document development processes, bugfix outcomes, and connector configurations.
Collaborate with support teams and client stakeholders for issue resolution and requirement clarification.
Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and connector development standards.
Escalate critical integration issues or recurring trends as needed.
Your profile:
Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 13 years’ experience in Privilege Access Management and Identity and Access Management related projects
Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ
Experience with Cyber Ark PAS on-prem and cloud services
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines for, development, tests and deployments
Solid handling of MS Office applications
Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired
Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage
Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications
Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills
Good presentation and documentation skills
