Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

Position: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant (8+Years)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced  Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant  with a proven track record of delivering finance transformation projects within the  Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, CRO, or Life Sciences  industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, finance data migration, integrations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
Configure and support  General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Cash Management/Banking modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
Drive finance process improvements aligned with healthcare and life sciences business operations.
Execute end-to-end  data migration , including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or other integration platforms.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training documentation, and solution design documents.
Partner with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of Oracle ERP Finance consulting experience.
Hands-on expertise in:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Banking / Cash Management
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations or support projects.
Hands-on experience in  Finance Data Migration  (FBDI/ADFDI or equivalent Oracle migration tools).
Experience designing and supporting Oracle Finance integrations (OIC, REST APIs, SOAP, or middleware).
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
Excellent understanding of finance and accounting processes.
