Roles & Responsibilities
1. Automation & Scripting Expertise
Experience with Automation frameworks (Robot Framework, PyTest, etc.)
2. Transport Network Knowledge
Ability to Automate testing across multi-layer transport environments
3. Test Automation Frameworks
Experience in Designing and implementing automation frameworks
4. API & System Integration Testing
Experience with REST API testing and automation
5. CI/CD & Dev Ops Integration
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
6. Data Handling & Analytics
Experience with Parsing logs and OTDR test outputs (preferred)
Basic database/query skills: SQL (preferred)
7. Test Design & Validation
Strong experience in Test case design and automation conversion
8. Performance & Fault Automation
Experience in Identifying anomalies via automated scripts
9. Tools & Lab Automation
Experience in Virtualised or lab-based testing setups
10. Functional Competencies
Effective collaboration with Test, Design, Implementation teams
