About the Role
We are looking for a QE Architect to design and implement scalable test automation frameworks and help define the overall testing tool landscape. The role focuses on building robust test automation solutions, reducing testing cycle times, and driving the adoption of modern testing frameworks and AI-powered quality engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, recommend, and implement next-generation testing tools and automation frameworks.
Assess and modernize existing automation frameworks based on evolving business and technology requirements.
Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions across Web, API, and Mobile applications .
Expand automation coverage across regression, integration, and edge-case scenarios.
Establish automation metrics such as automation coverage and defect leakage.
Design optimized test execution strategies including parallelization, test sharding, and smoke/regression gating .
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback.
Drive AI adoption in test automation to improve automation resilience and reduce maintenance overhead.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Java or another programming language , with solid understanding of OOPS and SOLID principles .
Strong experience designing test automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications .
Hands-on expertise in either:
Selenium + Java , or
Playwright + JavaScript/Type Script
Strong experience in API Test Automation .
Hands-on experience with Mobile Test Automation using Appium .
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Docker and Cloud Services .
Exposure to AI adoption in Test Automation .
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
