Hiring Alert | Product Support  and  Gaming Support   – Hyderabad
We are hiring  Technical Support Advocates  for a customer-facing  Product Support/Gaming Support  role supporting Microsoft consumer products.

Experience:

1+ Years of relevant experience(This should exclude bench/training/Internship period)

Location:

Hyderabad
CTC:  Up to ₹ 5 LPA
⏳  Notice Period:  Immediate Joiners – Max 15 Days

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent Experience
Product Support Advocate:
Technical support experience
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience of Microsoft products (Windows, Office/Microsoft 365)
Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions
Gaming Support – Phone & Chat Agent:
Experience in technical/customer support
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Experience handling billing, subscriptions, and account-related queries
Good understanding of gaming products/services
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Graduation/Post-Graduation completion certificate and original mark sheets are mandatory for onboarding.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.
Flexible to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
100% Work From Office (No Hybrid/WFH).
Must complete the client-mandated training program.
Any Graduate can apply.
Mandatory:
Candidates must have scanned copies of all educational and employment documents readily available for verification and onboarding.
Preference will be given only Immediate joiner to 15 days.
Note :
The final salary will be determined by HR after profile screening. It will depend on factors such as the candidate’s last drawn CTC, total experience, and current location.
