Experience on Remedy API and Remedy plugin implementation
Experience on multiple application integration on to Remedy.
Experience on CMDB and resolve any issues related to CMDB
Experience on developing integrations on Atrium integrator
Experience in Atrium Orchestrator development/ support
Experience of Helix SAAS environment
Remedy migration onto Helix SAAS
Experience of integrating multiple third-party applications to Remedy using Atrium Orchestrato
Remedy / Helix ITSM certification
