Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
Manage payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and costing.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas.
Support payroll processing, reconciliation, and period-end activities.
Gather requirements and prepare functional design documents.
Perform testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
Work on payroll integrations, reporting, and data migration.
Ensure payroll compliance and provide end-user support.
