About the Role
Accel4 Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for  SAP S/4

HANA Subject Matter Experts   to own functional delivery, customer engagement, and capability development across the following practices:
Purchasing & Manufacturing:  MM + PP
Sales & Distribution & Logistics:  SD + LE
Finance:  FI + CO

What You will Do
Own functional work streams and independently handle  customer discussions, requirement gathering, workshops, solution design, and delivery .
Act as the  SME and go-to person  for the respective practice.
Guide junior consultants on functional solutions, quality, and best practices.
Review deliverables and ensure solutions are aligned with S/4

HANA standards.
Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimations, and proposals when required.
Contribute to building and strengthening the practice through knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and mentoring.

What we are looking for
5–10 years of hands-on SAP S/4

HANA experience  in the relevant functional area.
Strong functional expertise with the ability to  work independently without extensive supervision .
Proven experience in  customer-facing roles and conducting workshops .
Good understanding of end-to-end business processes relevant to the practice.
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Practice Areas
MM + PP:  Procurement, inventory, materials management, production planning and execution.
SD + LE:  Order-to-cash, sales, shipping, delivery, transportation and logistics processes.
FI + CO:  Financial accounting, controlling, reporting, period-end processes and integration with other business functions.
