You are required to have skills in the following areas:

7-10+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience with at least one SAP S/4

HANA implementation project.
Strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, SAP SD configuration, and production support.
Hands-on experience in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Customer Pricing, Output Determination, Proof of Delivery (POD), Schedule Lines, and Delivery Processing.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Structure, Customer & Material Master Data, Sales Order Processing, ATP, and Backorder Management.
Experience in delivery execution processes including picking, packing, shipping, goods issue, route determination, and transportation planning.
Proven experience in incident management, problem resolution, service request handling, and business user support.
Expertise in EDI/IDoc monitoring and troubleshooting (850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 940, 943, 944, 945).
Strong integration knowledge across SAP MM, FICO, PP, and EWM modules.
Experience working with 3PL/WMS integrations and logistics execution processes is preferred.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, drive solutioning, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT support.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and knowledge management skills.
