The primary focus will be the corporate website replatforming program and digital/eCommerce ecosystem harmonization .
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, or a related discipline, with proven experience leading enterprise website replatforming and complex multi-country programs.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Lead corporate website replatforming and website consolidation.
Manage roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
Drive prioritization based on business impact, user value, and ROI.
Establish program governance and operating models.
Act as the bridge between Business Units, IT, Digital, agencies, and partners.
Partner with IT Architecture on scalable platform delivery.
Facilitate decisions and resolve cross-functional challenges.
Manage vendors, agencies, and system integrators.
Monitor scope, costs, performance, timelines, and contractual commitments.
Drive executive communication, reporting, change management, and business readiness.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, or related fields.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide website replatforming programs .
Experience managing global or multi-country digital programs.
Strong stakeholder management across Business, Digital, IT, Marketing, agencies, and vendors.
Experience with CMS, Mar Tech, and Digital Experience platforms .
Optimizely experience is mandatory .
Strong planning, prioritization, governance, and execution skills.
Experience working with executive leadership.
Strong communication, ownership, and decision-making skills.
Preferred
Global digital ecosystem transformation experience.
Website consolidation or platform rationalization experience.
Enterprise or regulated-industry experience.
