Storage ADMIN L3

JD:
Strong hands-on experience in Net App Storage Administration (L3 level) with expertise in Clustered ONTAP, CIFS/NFS, Snap Mirror, Snap Vault, and storage provisioning.
Proven ability in advanced Net App troubleshooting and design, including performance tuning, HA configurations, DR setup, and root cause analysis.
Good working knowledge of EMC storage systems (Power Max / Power Vault) including provisioning, masking, and storage management.
Experience in Backup administration using Commvault or any enterprise backup tools, including backup configuration, restore operations, and issue resolution.
Solid understanding of storage concepts such as SAN/NAS, RAID, FC/iSCSI protocols, and multipathing.
Prior experience in a Team Lead / Coordinator role, handling L2/L3 teams, driving incident resolution, and managing deliverables.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to the team.
Basic knowledge of scripting/automation (optional but preferred).
