TIBCO EBX MDM Administrator

We are looking for an experienced   TIBCO EBX MDM Administrator   to manage enterprise MDM platform administration, production support, governance, release management and operational stability. The role will involve supporting business-critical   TIBCO EBX environments   , handling L2/L3 issues, coordinating releases and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day   TIBCO EBX platform administration and operations   .
Provide   L2/L3 production support   for EBX and MDM environments.
Administer and support   Data Spaces, Data Sets, workflows and EBX configurations   .
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues and ensure operational stability.
Handle   incident, problem and change management   activities.
Perform   Root Cause Analysis (RCA)  and implement permanent fixes.
Coordinate application releases, deployments and production changes.
Support   release management   and maintain deployment documentation.
Work with development, infrastructure and business teams to resolve production issues.
Support   data governance, MDM processes and data quality   requirements.
Monitor scheduled jobs and integrations using tools such as   Control-M   .
Work with databases including   Oracle/MySQL   and troubleshoot SQL-related issues.
Support EBX environments running on   Linux   .
Use   Jenkins   for CI/CD and release activities.
Manage and track incidents, requests and changes through   Service Now   .
Participate in production support, on-call and major incident activities.
Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
