Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Oracle Fusion best practices.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.
Expertise in the following Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Financial Reporting
Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance business processes and cloud architecture.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user support.
Knowledge of Financial Reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View is an added advantage.
Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader, and Web Services is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.
Exposure to other Oracle Fusion ERP modules is preferred.
