Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional and technical skills to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle HCM solutions while aligning system capabilities with HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
Configure and support Oracle HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, and Absence Management modules.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for Payroll and Absence Management.
Map business processes to Oracle HCM functionalities and recommend solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
Develop test scenarios, execute UAT support, and validate system changes.
Create user guides and conduct end-user training sessions.
Technical Responsibilities:
Customize Oracle EBS HCM applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
Perform OAF (Oracle Application Framework) customizations, extensions, and personalizations.
Develop custom HR applications, reports, dashboards, and workflows using Oracle APEX.
Lead data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading using SQL Loader, APIs, and custom scripts.
Support integrations, upgrades, patching activities, and regression testing.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system performance, security, and data integrity.
Maintain technical documentation and system support procedures.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Oracle EBS HCM modules (HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management).
Hands-on experience in OAF Customization and Oracle JDeveloper.
Expertise in PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Personalization techniques.
Strong experience in Fast Formula development and debugging.
Oracle APEX development experience for custom applications and reporting.
Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies (SQL Loader, APIs, HDL).
Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Oracle HCM/HRMS certifications are preferred.
Experience working with Civil Services Policies and Procedures (KSA, UAE, or GCC region) is an added advantage.
