Clinical Data Management Associate-Freshers | Bengaluru

Role Description  The Clinical Data Management Associate (Freshers) role is a full-time position based out of Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Chennai, providing an opportunity to start a career in clinical data management. In this role, the associate will support clinical data review and data validation activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical trial data. Daily responsibilities include performing data checks against study protocols, documenting and resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining data management trackers and documentation.

The associate will collaborate with senior data managers and project teams, follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines, and assist in preparing data listings and reports. The role also involves continuous learning through structured training, feedback, and mentoring to build expertise in clinical data management practices and tools.

Candidates should possess skills in Clinical Data and Clinical Data Management.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Management and Data Validation.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Review and quality checking of data.
Basic understanding of clinical research, clinical trials, or life sciences concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate in virtual teams.
Graduation in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, Data/Statistics, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office or similar tools.
Willingness to learn, adapt to structured training, and build a career in clinical data management.
