About the Role
We are looking for an experienced  Service Now Architect  with strong expertise in  ITOM/ITAM and SAM/HAM  to lead end-to-end platform implementations and provide technical leadership.

Role & Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable Service Now solutions based on business requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Service Now ITOM and/or ITAM modules from scratch.
Provide technical leadership across Service Now development and implementation projects.
Work on configuration, customization, integrations, workflows, and automation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Ensure solutions follow Service Now best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Review technical designs and guide development teams.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Mentor and support Service Now developers and team members.
Required Experience
Minimum  14+ years of overall IT experience .
Minimum  8+ years of Service Now development/implementation experience .
Minimum  3+ years of experience as a Service Now Architect .
Must have led  2–3 end-to-end ITOM and/or ITAM implementations from scratch  at the platform level in an Architect role.
Strong hands-on experience in  ITOM or ITAM  is mandatory.
Strong experience in  SAM/HAM (Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management) .
