Job Description
Certified Consultant in PMGM
7+ Years of experience in PMGM
Work experience in SF with minimum 1 E2E Implementation in modules PMGM, SPCDP
Should have worked on Story reports
Understanding of high-level business processes related to Performance Management & Succession and Development
Demonstrated experience in developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing SF modules under multiple deadlines
Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success.
Configure Success Factors components spanning PMGM/ CDP functions to meet client needs
Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, user manuals, integration, and support.
Hands on experience in business rules
Hands on experience in configuration of the 360 Reviews feature , configuration of Performance Ratings and Permissions , configure of competencies ,configure of Calibration , goal plansand Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and the features of CPM
Hands on experience in create, modify and change the status of a Development Goal, select roles in the Career Worksheet, determine progress using the Career Worksheet, assign competencies in the Career Worksheet, modify Roles within Career Worksheet, select Career Paths for future growth and utilize Career Path, define the development goal notifications
Experience in export the Career Worksheet Template, edit the Career Worksheet XML, create roles and configure Competencies inside Families and Roles
Hands on experience in Job Profile Builder
Hands on experience in RBP
Hands on experience XML configurations
Hands on experience in Template, permissions configurations
Hands on experience in Notification’s setup
Hands on experience in ad-hoc and advanced reporting
Hands on experience in workflows, route maps etc..
Good exposure to extending Success Factors using MDF

Job Description:
Certified in SAP Success Factors Succession / CDP & Mentoring
Complete ownership of Success Factors Succession & Career Development Planning & Mentoring module from prepare, explore, realize, and deploy phases
Should have worked on story reports
Configure and Implement Succession, Talent Calibration, Career Development Planning & Mentoring process to meet business requirements
Configure SOC, Talent Pool, Talent Search, Matrix Reports, Position Tile, Position Management, Talent Profile.
Configure Development Plan, Career Worksheet, Role Assessment Forms, Career Path, Mentoring
Suggest work around for system limitations in Succession & Career Development Planning & Mentoring module
Familiar with updating job profile builder or JDM
Knowledge on position management with/without employee central
Knowledge on different nomination methods
Configure Role Based Permissions
Create Reports as per client requirements
Experience in Client Demonstrations for Success Factors product will be an added advantage. Document and present solution using various methods client facing, presentations, and demos
Participates and understand in all types of test phases:
Unit Test, SIT, and UAT
Participate in identifying areas for improvement and best practices
Responsible for agreeing on Resolution dates and resolving open queries
Research and analyse the feasibility and functionalities of any Success Factors modules
Conduct demo to explain the current configuration functionalities of each iteration
Responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications and detailed requirement to the application developer, project manager or onshore team, including status reporting.
Assist with cutover planning
Provide hyper care & post go live support
Knowledge of HR business process design and development.
Good analytical skills helping our customers to find best solution for their business requirements.
