The company’s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s business strategy.

Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIE S:
Monitor, troubleshoot, engineer, and resolve issues across large WAN/LAN environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems.
Coordinate and implement network changes, including configuration development and deployment.
Compile and analyze network performance and utilization metrics and reports.
Utilize standard processes and metrics for system and service implementation and maintenance that minimize customer impact and ensure backup and recovery readiness.
Apply advanced knowledge of data communications principles, network architectures, and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, WAN, and Ethernet technologies.
Design and implement efficient and scalable network configurations.
Ensure timely delivery of new network capabilities and enhancements.
Provide technical guidance and support to other Information Technology team members.
Maintain network hardware, including replacement of devices, modules, and cabling as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
CCNP-level networking knowledge preferred. Active certification is not required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or network architecture roles.
Preferred 7+ years of experience in network engineering or network architecture roles.

• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting advanced network environments.
Experience working with network and telecommunications service providers.
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.
Working knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies in Cisco and/or Sonic Wall environments.
Working knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP, UDP, and IP.
Working knowledge of routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, and RIP.
Experience supporting and configuring Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus platforms.
Working knowledge of VLANs, Spanning Tree, Multi-Chassis Trunking (MCT), and Multi-Chassis Link Aggregation (MLAG).
Experience supporting Cisco Catalyst platforms.
Experience mentoring Help Desk and Desktop Support teams and partnering with business stakeholders.
Experience working in regulated environments, including PCI, HIPAA, and SOX.

Experience with Sonic Wall firewalls, Radware load balancers, Microsoft Skype, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
Experience supporting mid-size to large-scale data center environments.

Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
Strong project management skills.
Strong technical documentation skills.
