Analyze account, prospect, pipeline, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Build and maintain datasets for account prioritization, segmentation, prospecting, and GTM planning .
Use AI and data tools to enrich accounts, research companies, identify buying signals, and improve lead intelligence.
Develop and refine ICP models, account scoring, segmentation, and prioritization frameworks .
Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline movement, and campaign effectiveness.
Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
Improve data quality, accuracy, enrichment, and reporting across GTM systems.
Apply GenAI/LLMs and automation to prospect research, lead qualification, data enrichment, and GTM workflows.
Build dashboards and reporting to track GTM performance and proactively surface insights.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field .
2–5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, business analytics, GTM analytics, revenue operations, or a related role.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/visualization tools .
Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI/LLMs, and automation tools .
Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful business insights.
Understanding of B2B SaaS, sales funnels, CRM data, or GTM processes is strongly preferred.
Exposure to Salesforce, Hub Spot, Apollo, Zoom Info, Clay, or similar GTM platforms is a plus.
Experience with ICP development, account scoring, intent data, lead enrichment, or sales analytics is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, commercially curious mindset ; someone who can independently investigate a business problem, identify opportunities, and recommend what the GTM team should do next.
