This is achieved through development and deployment of efficient tools and processes, clear and transparent communication, and cross functional collaboration and alignment within our Compass at the heart of everything we do.
The Connected Planner is a smart, analytical, driven and knowledgeable and passionate supply chain professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain area/global exposure to multiple stake holders across the Reckitt business.
As the roles and responsibilities of the position will evolve as industry trends evolve, the individual will be expected to show an interest and keep up to date with latest supply concepts and work closely with Centre of Excellence Teams and identify opportunities to leverage and incorporate these concepts to the Reckitt business. Keep in mind that while Connected Planning Lead is leading the function, the Connected Planner is the face of the Connected Planning team on the ground.
Key responsibilities will be as critical as your technical skills in this role as you collaborate across markets, factories, copackers etc. Key is that you will be interacting with both Multi-functional teams both in and outside of RB as we relentlessly pursue our purpose.
Your responsibilities

• Full ownership of the supply plan for the category, including internal and external manufacturing.

• Works with Site Planning Leads globally to ensure continuity of supply and maximise service to market.

• Define management and personal development responsibilities of site planning leads.

• Chair supply review for their respective category.

• Works with IDM Demand Planners to ensure that there is right forecast enrichment and consensus which reflects the latest Demand.

• Provides governance to the category demand forecasting with a holistic, customer centric approach managing all stake holders.

• Leads and streamlines the communication between markets and sites. Becomes the voice of the markets at Connected Planner.

• Proactive management of service to the markets and management of the mid-term horizon.

• Produces stock requirement for markets & sites. Ensures the best visibility of service level projections for markets.

• Drives the on time delivery targets and managing their execution. Coordinate input from the markets & factory and ensure the targets are adhered to by the business.

• Scenario supply planning. Conduct ad-hoc cost/ benefit analysis on various options to balance supply and demand i.e. to be presented to category to regional leadership teams.
