Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Executive with  end-to-end experience in supply chain management, procurement, and vendor management.  The role involves overseeing sourcing, supplier relationships, inventory planning, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of optimizing processes, managing vendors, and driving operational efficiency across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Operations Management
Own and manage the end-to-end ecommerce supply chain—from sourcing to final delivery
Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies
Ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses and fulfillment centers

Fulfillment & Logistics
Manage relationships with international fulfillment centers (3PLs) and logistics partners
Drive operational efficiency across order processing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
Monitor SLAs, delivery timelines, and cost optimization initiatives

International Operations
Handle cross-border logistics, compliance, and customs coordination
Optimize shipping routes, costs, and delivery timelines for global markets Marketplace Operations
Manage backend operations across ecommerce platforms (e.g., Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
Ensure smooth order flow, returns management, and customer experience metrics
Coordinate with marketing and growth teams to align supply with demand spikes

Process Optimization & Automation
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational processes
Leverage tools and technology to automate workflows and improve accuracy
Drive data-led decision-making using KPIs and dashboards

Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor operations teams
Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams (finance, marketing, product)
Act as the key point of contact for all operational escalations

Delivery timelines (OTIF – On Time In Full)

Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have:
3-5 years of experience in ecommerce operations / supply chain management
Proven experience managing international fulfillment centers (3PLs)
Strong understanding of inventory planning, logistics, and demand forecasting
Experience working with cross-border ecommerce operations

Preferred:
Hands-on experience with ecommerce marketplaces like Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
Experience in high-growth or D2C ecommerce environments
Familiarity with supply chain tools / ERPs / WMS systems
