Candidates only from Civil Background or Architecture are eligible.

Role Summary
Acts as the execution counterpart to the US-based Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsible for end-to-end procurement and coordination across design, estimation, vendors, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities across design, estimation, procurement, vendors, and clients.
Review bid files, client sales orders (quantification & costing), and project scope.
Manage and coordinate drawings (, Architectural, Shop Drawings) with execution requirements.
Independently handle end-to-end procurement:
RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiations
Purchase orders, follow-ups, and delivery tracking
Domestic & international procurement, logistics, and compliance
Track budgets, costs, and timelines; flag risks and deviations.
Ensure alignment between BOQs, drawings, procurement, and execution.
Maintain project data, reports, and documentation.

Requirements
2-4 year’s experience in interior fit-out / hospitality projects as Procurement or Coordinator.
Strong experience in procurement (materials, finishes, FF&E).
Exposure to international procurement preferred.
Ability to review drawings, BOQs, bid documents, and costing.
Good coordination, communication among teams and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & Strong professional email communication.
