ABOUT

THE ROLE

The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be deputed on project-site in Tuni, Andhra Pradesh for a major client—a leading Indian Ago Chemical Company to lead day-to-day project execution and end-to-end delivery.

In this role, you will oversee a major greenfield lab infrastructure expansion project valued at approximately ₹186 Crore. Directing a dedicated site team of 14–15 engineering and project management professionals, you will serve as the principal face of the organization for client leadership, vendors, design consultants, and site stakeholders. Operating on a 6-day onsite schedule, this high-visibility role requires technical depth in specialized MEP packages, bio-pharma domain expertise, commercial acumen, and strong leadership.

Upon successful completion of this project, you will be assigned other projects in Hyderabad or Vizag region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Management & Greenfield Execution:
Lead end-to-end execution of the ₹186 Crore greenfield agro chemical laboratory project from site mobilization, retrofitting, and construction through commissioning and client handover.
- MEP Package Oversight:
Drive site execution with specialized technical oversight across key MEP packages (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Fire Protection systems).
- Site Governance & Quality (6 Days Onsite):
Maintain continuous on-site presence (6 days/week) to conduct daily progress reviews, direct resources, manage brownfield integration constraints, and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Client Partnership:
Function as the primary interface with client representatives, maintaining transparent communication, managing site expectations, addressing brownfield risks proactively, and providing routine updates.
- Schedule Recovery & Risk Resolution:
Identify brownfield execution risks and delivery delays early; formulate and execute practical, corrective recovery schedules for delayed work packages.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, coach, and inspire a site team of 14–15 professionals (including Engineers, Assistant Managers, and Managers); cultivate execution discipline, high morale, and retention.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management:
Chair vendor meetings and site negotiations, evaluate contractor performance and compliance, and resolve site-level commercial or operational…
