Business Excellence

We are looking for a Business Excellence Executive to support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives at our unit. The role involves process improvement, 5S implementation, data analysis, and supporting shop-floor teams in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Lean, 5S, Kaizen and other Business Excellence activities.
- Conduct periodic 5S audits and ensure workplace discipline.
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data for MIS and KPI reporting.
- Support preparation, updating, and implementation of SOPs.
- Assist in continuous improvement, quality, and productivity enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with operators and supervisors to execute BE initiatives.
- Guide and motivate employees to participate in Kaizen and CI activities.
