About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented  Plant Operations Manager  to lead dairy plant operations with a strong focus on production excellence, cost optimization, and statutory compliance.
This role is responsible for ensuring seamless plant functioning, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee plant maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations
Monitor material balance, procurement, production, and sales through ERP/SAP
Control process losses and optimize energy & cost efficiency
Manage inventory, stores, packing material, and SMP consumption
Ensure debtor control, credit policy compliance, and sales reconciliation
Drive expense control and effective resource utilization
Lead manpower planning, performance management, and training initiatives
Address internal audit observations and ensure insurance compliance
Qualifications
B.Tech (Dairy Technology)
M.Sc (Dairy Science)
Required Skills
Strong expertise in dairy plant operations
Production planning, quality control & cost management knowledge
Financial discipline and statutory compliance awareness
SAP proficiency and MIS reporting skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
