Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify MBOM structures and manage engineering changes.
Receive and review EBOM.
Create and maintain production routers.
Develop and update production and rework work instructions.
Create and maintain SAP routings and master routings.
Release approved manufacturing and assembly plans for production.
Manage Routing Standard Change Request (RSCR) processes.
Maintain standard work procedures and manufacturing planning in Solumina.
Create and maintain purchase routing (CCS).
Generate tool orders, production orders and standard work documentation.
Support Aftermarket teams with field repair and retrofit designs.
Create NC rework programs for quality notifications and defects.
Conduct process and workflow improvement studies.
Modify routing steps, hours, lot sizes, PRTs and long text.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
1–5 years of manufacturing support experience.
Minimum 1 year hands-on shopfloor manufacturing experience – MUST.
Machining and/or assembly shopfloor experience.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Experience with   NX/Unigraphics or CATIA V5  .
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience.
Teamcenter PLM, Solumina and SAP exposure.
AS9100 knowledge.
Machine shop/assembly-line experience.
Aerospace interiors/exteriors exposure.
Macros/automation exposure.
Quality-control and structured problem-solving knowledge.
