Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end diamond jewellery production operations.
Plan and monitor production schedules, targets and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with CAD, casting, setting, polishing, finishing and QC teams.
Supervise production teams and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
Monitor diamond and precious metal usage, wastage and production losses.
Ensure jewellery is manufactured as per approved designs and specifications.
Identify and resolve production, quality and process-related issues.
Monitor rework, rejection and productivity at each production stage.
Maintain daily production reports and performance records.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth order execution.
Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company production procedures.
10+ years of experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing/production.
Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery production processes.
Proven experience in managing production teams and large-volume orders.
Good understanding of diamond setting, casting, polishing and finishing.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and minimising wastage.
