Role: Research Associate – Organic Chemistry
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individuals with a strong background in Organic Chemistry to join our team as Research Associates.
This role is for people who genuinely enjoy chemistry, are willing to learn, and want to contribute to meaningful scientific work while building their own career and achieving their professional goals.

What You'll Do
Contribute to ongoing scientific and product development activities
Support experimental work, analysis, and documentation
Participate in data collection, interpretation, and reporting
Work closely with team members to solve scientific challenges
Follow established quality, safety, and operational procedures
Assist in developing solutions that support industry needs
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry preferred)
Strong understanding of Organic Chemistry fundamentals
Basic knowledge of analytical techniques and scientific methodologies
Good documentation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
