Masters degree in any area of life science.
2-6 of experience in biochemical and cell-based assay development, validation, and high throughput screening.
Proficient in statistical analysis of assay data and interpreting potency and mechanism of action.
Business Understanding
Basic to intermediate understanding of the biologics pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Knowledge
Strong fundamentals in biochemistry and cell biology.
Cell culture techniques and management.
Experience in biochemical and cell-based assays, including specialty assays.
Skilled in designing screening workflows, assay development, optimization, and validation.
Understanding of target and therapeutic classes.
Familiarity with advanced technical platforms: fluorescence, luminescence, flow cytometry, multiplexing, TR-FRET, thermophoresis, assay miniaturization, and high-throughput screening.
Compound management and mechanism of action studies.
Capable of robust data analysis and clear result interpretation.
