The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, confident in interacting with customers, and motivated by achieving targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, conducting project presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, references, networking, digital enquiries, and other business development activities.
Respond promptly to enquiries and understand prospective customers' requirements.
Present and promote the company's real estate projects, highlighting key features, benefits, pricing, and investment value.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers and provide a professional project experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking.
Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, events, and other lead-generation initiatives.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
What We’re Looking For
Any graduate with 1–5 years of experience in residential real estate residential sales
Prior experience in selling residential properties, apartments, villas will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Confident and professional approach when dealing with customers.
Strong follow-up skills with a focus on converting leads into business.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred.
