Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven  Zonal Business Manager  with  proven channel/distribution and zone-based sales experience in the AUTOMOTIVE / DETAILING (CERAMIC COATINGS AND PPFS) sector . This is a field-intensive, individual contributor (IC) as well as a managerial role (leading a team of 2 to 3 members) focused on expanding our premium franchise and dealer network across key national hubs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving consistent on-ground presence, market penetration, and revenue growth across the  ANY ONE  of the following  4 key zones :
South 1  – Karnataka, AP & Telangana
South 2  – Chennai | Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Puducherry
West  – Mumbai | Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa & Daman & Diu
Central  – Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh

Full-Time, 6 Days, Monday–Saturday

Location :
The selected candidate will not be required to relocate to Hyderabad permanently. However, they must be comfortable undergoing a 30–45-day training period in Hyderabad.

Travel Scope :
Highly field-intensive; requires structured travel (minimum 15 days per month) across the assigned zone. All travel and accommodation expenses are company-covered.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience:

4-8  years of core sales experience in the automotive sector, with a proven track record in territory sales or zonal sales.

· Travel & Territory Presence Requirement (will be covered by the Company as per the Travel Allowance Plan)
a)      The role requires a  strong willingness to travel extensively , with an expected minimum of  15–20 travel days per month  across the designated zonal hubs and assigned territories for business requirement.
b)      Permanent relocation to Hyderabad is not required.  However, during the initial training period, the selected candidate will be required to be  physically present in Hyderabad for approximately 30–45 days , with the exact duration to be mutually discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
c)      Following the training period, the role will be primarily  territory-focused , requiring the employee to spend significant time within the assigned territory to develop customer relationships, identify business opportunities, conduct customer meetings, and drive sales closures.
d)   Occasional travel to Hyderabad may be required for  urgent business requirements, internal meetings, reviews, training sessions, or other organizational requirements . Wherever possible, such visits will be communicated in advance.
