Key

Skills and Qualifications
Degree or past experience in Travel & Tourism (Mandatory).
Passion for the homestay and vacation rental industry within tourism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages.
A natural ability to serve customers in a hospitable and professional manner, ensuring memorable customer experiences.
Ability to engage with clients, build trust, and educate effectively.
Adaptability to think on your feet and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (Post Training):
Engage with  property owners, hospitality businesses, and management companies  to understand their needs and introduce Homeyhuts’ PMS, Channel Manager, and related solutions.
Business Development and Sales effort  in lead follow-ups, product demonstrations, customer discussions, and onboarding.
Learn and manage  end-to-end OTA onboarding , including platforms such as Airbnb, , Make My Trip , Agoda, etc.
Help customers with  PMS, Channel Manager, OTA connectivity, listing, booking, calendar, and pricing-related issues .
Provide timely  customer support and troubleshooting , coordinating with the product/technical team when required.
Develop strong knowledge of the  travel, tourism, homestay, vacation rental, and hospitality technology ecosystem .
OTA Management:  Ensure property listings are optimized with accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
Communication:  Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting & Analysis:  Use Excel and other tools to track sales performance, reservation trends, and revenue generation.
