Job Description:

- End-to-end freight forwarding operations, including customs processing for export and import
- Freight audit, payments, and forwarding documentation
- Hands-on experience in logistics, forwarding, and internal shipment coordination
- Order processing management
- Customer order plausibility analysis
- Planning, booking, and transportation orders
- Coordination and follow-up of shipments
- Customs processing for export and import
- Documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing
- Customer communication and reporting through mail, phone, and EDI
- Operational troubleshooting
- Non-conformance reporting as per KPIs
- Coordination with approved subcontractors as per agreed rates
- End-to-end order processing
- Timely and accurate order handling and documentation

Required Skill Sets:

- Experience in Freight Forwarding – Import and Export
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Hands-on experience in Transport Management Systems and ERP software

Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operations
- MBA preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics from a recognized institution
- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and transport management applications
