Orthopaedic Implants & Medical Devices Distribution Company – Hyderabad

We are a rapidly growing orthopaedic implant distribution company handling  8,000+ SKUs  across hospitals & surgical centers.

We seek a  highly disciplined, ERP-driven Operations Controller  responsible for inventory accuracy, office administration, and operational leadership — not a basic warehouse role.
This role combines strict inventory governance with office & people management to ensure operational excellence across departments.

Role Overview Act as the backbone of operational systems by ensuring:
100% ERP accuracy for stock & financial entries
Zero stock leakage or discrepancies
Batch-wise & hospital-wise inventory control
Structured office operations, attendance, and payroll coordination
Monthly reporting to senior leadership

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & ERP Control  Manage 8,000+ SKUs using Zoho Inventory / Books
Maintain batch-wise & size-wise implant stock tracking
Perform daily physical vs ERP reconciliation
Handle GRN, purchase entries, invoicing
Monitor expiry & aging inventory
Track consignment stock at hospitals
Provide accurate valuation & inventory reports

Surgery & Dispatch Coordination  Coordinate planned & emergency surgery dispatch
Ensure documented dispatch & acknowledgement workflow
Monitor stock returns from hospitals

Office & People Administration  Oversee staff attendance & leaves
Prepare data for payroll & salary processing
Manage office bills, vendor invoices & utilities
Enforce SOPs & operational discipline

Reporting & Analytics  Monthly inventory, expiry, and aging dashboards
Hospital stock & payment status reports
Operations performance KPIs & insights
ERP accuracy and compliance reporting

Profile Requirements  5–10 years experience in operations, inventory, or office management
Strong ERP experience (Zoho preferred) with accurate stock reconciliation
Demonstrable inventory & reconciliation expertise
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, stock analysis)
Detail-oriented and accountable
Must be able to work independently with ownership

Medical device / healthcare distribution experience preferred.
This is  not  a basic warehouse position.

Salary ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
(Based on experience & operational leadership capability)
