Job OverviewProvide integrated administrative, analytical, and operational support as a Project Coordinator for professional services engagements for Federal Energy & Nuclear sector clients. Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and communications across teams to enable on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Responsibilities- Track project schedules and coordinate tasks among team members.
- Support project managers in preparation of project documentation.
- Maintain project records, status reports, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and client requirements.
- 3–5 years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
- Associate’s Degree with 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
- High School Diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
- Experience in federal energy or nuclear projects preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
- Project management concepts and tools.
- Scheduling and communication.
- Attention to detail and time‑management.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- United States Citizenship required.
- USDOE security clearance is a plus but not required.
- No visa sponsorship.
