Management&Operation steam. - The Assistant Project Managerworksalongside Project Managers ,Project Executives,andfieldleadershiptohelpkeepcommercialHVACprojectsorganized,onschedule,andwithinbudget.
Thisisahands‑onopportunitytolearntheconstructionprojectmanagementprocesswhilegainingexperienceinprojectcoordination,scheduling,BIM/Revit,materials,cost tracking,andfieldoperations.
- Assist Project Managers and Project Executiveswithplanningandcoordinatingcommercial HVACprojects.
- Supportprojectscheduling,milestone tracking,anddailyprojectactivities.
- Workwithfieldforemenandcrewstohelpkeepprojectsonscheduleandmeetingexpectations.
- Assist with
Revitand Stratus
drafting,3
Dmodeling,shop drawings,andprojectupdates. - HelpcoordinateHVACdesignswithothertradesandidentifypotentialconflictsbeforeinstallation.
- Assistwithmaterialtake-offs,equipment counts,and procurement.
- Trackequipmentandmaterialdeliveriestoensurecrewshavewhattheyneedwhentheyneedit.
- Monitorlaborproductivityandprojectcostsagainstestablishedbudgets.
- Assistwithsubmittalsand Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Helpmaintainprojectdocumentation,dailylogs,meeting minutes,progress reports,andotherprojectrecords.
- Support Project Managerswithbilling ,change orders,scheduling,andotherprojectneeds.
- Communicatewithprojectteams,engineers,architects,vendors,andotherprojectstakeholders.
- Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprojectworkflowsandefficiency.

Idealcandidateswillhave:Adegree,technical education,orrelevantexperienceinconstructionmanagement,engineering,HVAC,drafting,orarelatedfield.
Strongorganizationalandtime-management skills.
Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Strongattentiontodetailandproblem-solving ability.
Basiccomputerskillsandtheabilitytolearnnewsoftwareandsystems.
Theabilitytoworkeffectivelywithbothofficeandfieldteams.
AwillingnesstolearnconstructionprocessesandcommercialHVACoperations.
