AWP Safety is seeking a Protector to join our traffic management team. You will set up cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintain safety on job sites in all weather. No experience required—training provided, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving.
The role is outdoor, physical, and safety-driven. Expect hourly pay in the mid high teens, opportunities for rapid advancement to Senior Protector and beyond, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.
