The Early College department at College of Eastern Idaho is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! The Senior Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting dual credit instructors and faculty liaisons in ensuring compliance with CEI Policies, Early College Procedures, and NACEP accreditation standards. This role requires exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
This position is 32 hours a week.What We Offer

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for dual credit instructors and faculty liaisons.
- Provide onboarding, training, and general support to dual credit instructors, including the use of Canvas LMS and other CEI systems.
- Provide onboarding, training, and general support to faculty liaisons.
- Manage and maintain instructor course schedules.
- Track and report completion of tasks and metrics required for compliance with institutional policies and department procedures.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining documentation required for NACEP accreditation.
- Consult with and advise program director regarding curricular alignment, distribution of resources, and budget priorities related to faculty and courses.
- Plan and execute the annual Dual Credit Professional Development Day conference.
- Track completion of instructor professional development requirements.
- Track and send reminders to instructors about critical deadlines (e.g., midterm and final grades, syllabus submissions).
- Coordinate grade verification processes with college staff as needed.
- Coordinate various reports and submit to department leadership.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in department strategic planning and convey expertise to inform Early College vision & goals.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 years of employment within an educational setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently.
- Demonstrated experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience organizing events.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Incumbent must reside in Idaho (Currently CEI doesn’t sponsor H‑1B Visas).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3‑years teaching experience within secondary or post‑secondary education strongly preferred.
- Experience in higher education, dual credit programs, or academic coordination.
- Experience using LMS systems.
- Basic AI proficiency.
- Familiarity with Idaho teacher standards.
- Familiarity with instructional design, pedagogy, and student development theories.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards (NACEP) and educational compliance requirements.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
