About us

Nurturing Connections Therapeutic Services is a woman owned business in Idaho Falls,  goal is to hire qualified independent contractor therapists in order to offer high quality mental health care to Southeast Idaho residents. We offer office space and logistical support while providing the opportunity for therapists to run their individual business and maximize their autonomy and income.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions for clients with behavioral health concerns
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients achieve their treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of therapy to provide the most effective treatment options
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid license as a therapist in the relevant field (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not required
